The Irish Regulatory & Safety Framework

Under the Electricity Regulation Act 1999 (as amended) and the regulatory oversight of the Commission for Regulation of Utilities (CRU), electrical work in Ireland is strictly governed. Colm Construction operates as a fully registered contractor under Safe Electric / RECI, issuing mandatory Completion Certificates (Certificate No. 1 for new sub-mains, No. 2 for sub-distribution, and No. 3 for fit-outs and alterations).
